How to Request Data Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request by:

  1. Email: Send an email to support@greatergoodz.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
  2. Contact Form: Use our Contact Us page and specify that you are requesting data deletion.

What We Will Delete

Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize the following personal data we hold about you:

  • Name and contact information (email, phone, address)
  • Order history and purchase records
  • Account information (if you have a customer account)
  • Any marketing preferences or communications history

What We Cannot Delete

Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Financial transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes
  • Fraud prevention records
  • Data required to fulfill any outstanding legal obligations

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days of receipt. We may contact you to verify your identity before completing the deletion.
